As the sun rises over Tallahassee on Valentine's Day, you will find Dot and Richard Herbert preparing for their busiest single day of business all year according to a recent story in the Tallahassee Democrat.
They will begin dipping strawberries in milk, dark and white chocolate at 5:30 a.m.
By the end of the day, between 3,500 and 4,000 will have gone out the door of Peterbrooke Chocolatier shop.
